What To Bring When You Consult With David

Bringing as many of the following items as you may currently have available will move the process along more quickly.

    Purchasing Real Estate
  • Your full legal name, address, and telephone number
  • Your draft contract, if one has been written.
  • The names and addresses of the Seller, and the Seller's attorney and the broker, if any.
  • Copy of seller's deed, recent tax bills, and title search, title abstract or title insurance policy, if you have them.
  • Copy of a survey map if you have one.
  • Your social security number.
    Selling Real Estate
  • Your full legal name, address, and telephone number
  • Your draft contract, if one has been written.
  • The names and addresses of the Buyer, and the Buyer's attorney and the broker, if any.
  • Copies of your deed, recent tax bills, and title search, title abstract or title insurance policy.
  • A recent statement for any mortgage on the property, and a name and telephone number to contact regarding paying the mortgage.
  • Your social security number.
    Family Transfers of Real Estate
  • The names, addresses and social security numbers of everyone involved in the transfer.
  • Copies of your deed and any recent tax bill.
    Drafting Leases
  • The names and addresses of everyone involved in the transaction.
  • The details of the deal.
    Evictions
  • The names and addresses of everyone involved in the transaction.
  • The address of the rental rpoperty.
  • A copy of the lease, if any, including an expired lease.
  • A detailed account of the reason for the eviction.
  • If the ground for eviction is nonpayment of rent, then a detailed schedule of what rent payments are due.
  • Driving directions to the rental proiperty.
    Litigation
  • The names and addresses of everyone involved.
  • Copies of all documents.
  • A description of the problem.
    Business Corporations, Partnerships and LLC's
  • Your ideas as to what your business will do.
  • The names, addresses, telephone numbers and social security numbers of every owner and officer of the business.
  • The exact proposed name of your business.
  • The names and addresses of your accountant and other business professionals, if any.
    Wills
  • Names and addresses of everyone who will be named in the will.
  • Your thoughts as to what your will should do.
